PROFILE:
Established in 1989, Flight Inspection Center of CAAC (CFI) has grown into an institution with world-class flight inspection fleet and equipment. Unique as it is in China, the CFI flight inspects navigation, radar, communication and navaids systems as well as flight procedures in all civil airports and airways on Chinese Mainland, in Hong Kong and Macau.
By the end of 2007, CFI has inspected 6,600 facilities, totaling 44,026 flight hours. With China's booming civil aviation and neighboring counries' increasing requests for the service, CFI has entered its new stage of development.
