Exhibition Fee

Space Only : US$ 2,100 per booth (3m*3m)

Shell Scheme : US$ 2,400 per booth (3m*3m)

Please submit your completed registration form, a 50% deposit, and the balance in a post-dated check before December 31st, 2010.

Please submit your electrical and water usage requirements in advance. You will be charged based on actual usage.

Booth allocation

1. The organizers reserve the right to all booth allocation and arrangements.
2. The exhibition is organized by theme and product type.
3. The more booth space that an exhibitor purchases, the greater its priority at the booth selection meeting. In the case that exhibitors purchase the same amount of booth space, registration and payment dates will determine their priorities: first to register, first to select.
4. Exhibitors are not allowed to share booth numbers with exhibitors from other companies.

Exhibitor’s Meeting

The booth selection meeting will be held in December, 2010. Exhibitors will be notified by registered mail 10 days prior to the meeting and a telephone reminder will follow 3 days before the meeting.

Exhibition Manual

Upon acceptance of its application, each exhibitor will receive an Exhibition Manual, which provides detailed information about electrical installations, shipping instructions, travel agents, forwarding and handling agents, booth decorations, and fees for booth facilities.

Withdrawal from the exhibition

1. Deposits are non-refundable.
2. Booths are not transferable. Violators of this rule will be banned from TIBS exhibitions and related events for 2 subsequent years. Only exhibitors with products related to the baking industry are allowed at the exhibition. Non bakery industry related products and services exhibitors will not be permitted to enter the exhibition and exhibition fees will not be refunded. ?
3. The organizers will not be responsible for damage caused by natural disasters. Exhibitors are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover natural disasters.
