Online shopping is defined as selling products to the net users.It is becoming one of the hottest E-commerce industries which experienced minimal negative effects and is the fastest growing industry during the international financial crisis. Under this background, 2012 China International E-shopping Fair (ESF 2012) will be held at Shanghai Mart from June 7 to June 9.

According to our country “Twelfth and Thirteenth Five-Year Planning“,boosting domestic demand is placed with highest priority.Ministry of Commerce has planned that national online shopping turnover will increase from 3% to 10% by the end of the Plan.The online shopping has clear advantage in shorter supply chain (supplier,internet,consumer),eliminating the middle process and therefore greatly reduce suppliers’ costs to enter consumer market.Therefore large number of domestic and foreign trade companies have built their own B2C platform or supply goods to the Etailer like Jingdong mall,Blemall,New Egg,Suning E-commerce Company.
