Exhibition Procedure

Ø Fill out the exhibition application form and post or fax to the organizer;

Ø Allocation principle of exhibition sequence: “First application, first payment, and first arrangement”. The double-side open stand will be charged an additional 20%;

Ø Exhibiter is requested to fax the remittance evidence of bank to the organizer after the exhibitor has remitted the expenses;

Ø The organizer will send the Exhibitor Manual to the exhibitors before March 1, 2011 after the organizer had received the exhibition expenses;

Ø The exhibitor shall pay all amounts to the organizer or pay 50% of exhibition expenses as the deposit within 7 days of the exhibition stand sale contract being signed, and the left fund shall be paid once only before March 1, 2011. If the exhibitor hasn’t paid the deposit on schedule, the organizer has the right to terminate the signed contract, and cancel, sell, and adjust the stand reserved by this exhibitor.
