Expo Goal: to seek dealer for equipment manufacturer, to recommend equipment manufacturer for dealer. To seek equipment manufacturer for retailer, to seek associated partner for equipment manufacturer

Exhibition Specification
1.  Fill out the Exposition Application Form and mail or fax it to the sponsor;
2.  The Exhibitor shall wire or pay the participation fee [advance payment (50%) or full amount] to the sponsor within 3 days after the application and the rest of the payment shall be cleared before April 11th 2012. The invoice will be issued upon the receiving of the entire participation fee.
3.  The exhibitors applying after April 11th 2012 shall pay the full sum of participation fee all at once.
4.  The booth order distribution principle: first to file, first to pay, first to arrange. The sponsor reserves the right to adjust the position of the already distributed booths;
5.  The exhibitor shall pay 50% of the advance payment within the specified time so that the booked booth can be reserved;
6.  As long as they received the exhibition application and the booth fee, the sponsor will mail the Exhibition Guide to the Exhibitors before April 11th 2012;
7.  If the Exposition can’t be held as planned due to force majeure, the sponsor reserves the right to change the time and bears no legal and economic responsibilities.
