 Macau International Education Expo 2012 (MIEE 2012) will be held at Macao Fisherman’s Wharf Convention & Exhibition Centre from October 13 to October 14.

Macau International Education Expo includes a variety of programs, ranging from infant education to overseas graduate and post graduate education. It is aimed to offer prospective students and parents the latest and the most comprehensive information of overseas education.

*Exhibitors are attracted from the whole wide world.
Macau International Education Expo 2012 Spring attracted nearly 60 exhibitors from more than 10 different countries and regions, such as USA, Canada, UK, France, Switland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc., of which there were some ranking the World Top 100. The Expo is serving a high-quality international education feast to all the prospective students from Macau, Hong Kong as well as all the cities of Pearl River Delta Area.

Macau is adjacent to Hong Kong and Peal River Delta Area, especially three development cities of Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Jiangmen. People in these cities, living and working in a trans-city network, are rich, open-minded and highly-qualified. The Expo held in Macau, of course, will be very convenient for students and parents in this area have a close access. As a consequence, prospective students and parents of these cities all are covered to the Expo.

Statistics from Education Department of Guangdong Province shows that, Macau's neighbor city, Zhuhai has over 120,000 students studying in colleges of Zhuhai Campus, of which most are studying in regional well-known private colleges, such as Beijing Normal University Zhuhai Campus, Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai Campus, Jilin University Zhuhai Campus , Hong Kong Baptist University-Beijing Normal University United International College. Most students of these colleges are coming from well-off families with demand of overseas study. In spring of 2012, two thousands of college students applied to be volunteers of the Macau International Education Expo. Students from these colleges occupy a large portion of all applicants which involves all students of Guangdong Province and Macau itself. The student applicants expressed that they would like to get a closer access to the delegates of foreign schools so that they would be able to know more about the exhibiting foreign schools.
