Hong Kong International Tea Fair 2013 (TeaFair 2013), organized by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), co-organized by Chinese Tea Culture International Exchange Association (CTCIEA), will take place at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) on Aug.15-17, 2013.

Hong Kong International Tea Fair 2013 (TeaFair 2013) will offer a wide range of tea leaves, processed tea and tea products, tea packaging, teaware, and other tea-related products to buyers from all over the world.

Chinese Tea Culture International Exchange Association (CTCIEA) was established in July 2008, and the Inauguration Ceremony today in Nan Lian Garden celebrates our grand opening to the public. CTCIEA is the joint venture of a group of organizations and individuals who not only love tea but also the rich culture of cultivation and aesthetics. CTCIEA was initiated by Dr. Jose Sunsay YU, S.B.S., J.P. and Mr. ZHANG Guo Liang, the President of Wen Wei Po Daily News. CTCIEA is honored to have the endorsement of respectable tea expert Mr. ZHANG Tian fu. CTCIEA is an organization comprising numerous dignitaries and elite members of the tea industries, commercial and cultural sectors.

The mission of CTCIEA places great emphasis on exchange of tea culture because we believe that tea culture can prosper much more than just being a commercial interest. Besides promoting international tea trade, CTCIEA is planning to establish an exchange platform for the tea industry and tea culture elites from all over the world both commercially and culturally. The specific steps we plan to implement our vision include: organizing tea culture exchange activity, tea art demonstration, conducting tea culture lectures and research, and above all, supporting and promoting tea culture development in Hong Kong. Currently, we are in the process of organizing an annual international tea expo in Hong Kong -- the Hong Kong International Tea Fair.
