    1273 Strictly qualified manufacturers & exporters with export licenses and experience specialized in home textiles, garments & accessories, fabrics mainly from Qingdao region, Shandong Province and North China will be participating in the fair, 85% of them are direct manufacturers, and 60% of them will come from Qingdao Region and Shandong Province, which is the traditional growing and processing bases of cotton and other textile materials. Shandong Province is also the strongest textiles and garments manufacturing base of Mainland China and is reputed for the good quality and most competitive price (e.g. 30-40% lower in labor cost) according to the latest statistics from central government.
