EXHIBITOR'S PROFILE:

Exhibition Scope:
*  Overseas Real Estate Developers: high-end apartments, villas, holiday hotels, single-family manors, castles, islands, houses, commercial property, etc.;
* Immigration & Overseas Study: investment immigrant project, immigration institutions, overseas education institutions, etc.;
* Supporting Services: law firms, banks, financial institutions, international investment and consulting institutions, etc.

Exhibition Fee:
1) Open space: CNY 1,280 /sq.m.
Note: Open space fee includes a show space of at least 36 sq.m., excluding any facilities. Expenses on
exhibition equipment, power and booth construction shall be borne by exhibitors. Special decoration fee
shall be additionally paid to the Exhibition Center.
2) Standard booth: CNY 12,800/booth; (9 square meters)  
Note: Standard booth fee includes a show space of 9 sq.m.(3×3 meters), one three-sided or two-sided panel (2.5m high), booth title, two spotlights, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V/5A power socket and public area cleaning service. Expenses on any other facilities and service shall be borne by exhibitors.
3) Luxury Exhibition Room: CNY 1,580 /sq.m.; CNY 1,280 /sq.m.; (18 or 36 square meters)
Note: Luxury exhibition room is constructed by special truss being 4.5 meters high. It includes promotion images (by high definition painting), 16 professional display spotlights, one exhibition dedicated carpet, one negotiation table with 4 chairs, and one reception table with 2 chairs. It is easy for you to take part in the exhibition by only bringing your materials and exhibits.

Exhibition Procedures:
1) The allocation of booths is based on the principle of "apply first, pay first, select first". Exhibitors can pre-select booths according to their layout, and the Co-organizers/Sponsors are given the priority for selecting booths. In order to ensure the rationality of allocation and the overall arrangement effect, the Organizing Committee shall have the right to make the adjustment to some booths that have been allocated.
2) After pre-selection, exhibitors shall fill in the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" with official seal and then send it to the Organizer by fax or mail.
3) The Organizer shall review and confirm the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" upon receipt and send it back to exhibitors with official seal by fax or mail.
4) Participation fees (including booth fee, conference service fee or advertising expense, etc.) shall be remitted in full or 50% to the bank account (see the Exhibition Application Form) designated by the Organizing Committee within one week after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled before March 15, 2013.
5) Exhibitors shall fax the copy of bank remittance to the Organizing Committee immediately after remitting for verification.
6) Exhibitors shall send company profile or product introduction (within 200 words) to be published free of charge in the Show Catalogue in the form of Microsoft Word to cnfair@163.com before March 15, 2013. The content cannot be published if delayed.
7) If exhibitors want to advertise in Show Catalogue or on the site, please send the advertising information (designed electronic version, in cdr. or jpg. form) to the Organizer of the Exhibition by email before March 15, 2013.
8) Please refer to Exhibition Guidance for all service matters including exhibits' transportation and customs declaration, visa, exhibitors' accommodation and main activities, equipment rental, special decoration, utilities of water and power at the booth. Exhibition Guidance shall be faxed or mailed one month before the opening ceremony of the Exhibition.
