With a theme ofThe theme is “Music In One Asia", the 3rd Hong Kong Asian-Pop Music Festival 2013 (HKAMF 2013), organized by the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry (Hong Kong Group) Limited and supported by Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), will be staged at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) HALL 5 on Mar.22nd 2013.

In its third year running, Hong Kong Asian-Pop Music Festival 2013 (HKAMF 2013) continued its tradition in engaging the cream performers of popular music, as well as budding recording stars form the Asian region, namely Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and the host city Hong Kong. Each budding artiste will compete for the HKAMF Super Nova titles as well as the HKAMF Best Vocal Performance Award, and the HKAMF Best Stage Performance Award

 

The schedule:

9th March, 2013 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., 1600 tickets (800 registrants) are offered each session for the HKCEC tickets.
11th March 2013 10a.m. for the Music-In-Cinema tickets across 4 cinemas, namely MCL JP, MCL Kornhill, GH Whampoa and GH Citywalk.

 

HKAMF 2013 is again pleased to engage the Tencent WeChat as sponsor to increase public awareness of the event. Tencent will present a sponsored award at HKAMF 2013 for voting via the free WeChat apps for the most popular contestant, entitled “WeChat Most Popular Artiste Award”.

HKAMF is also a B2B function. Teamed with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), HKAMF will present the “The New Era of Asian Music” business forum for registered guests, to be held s221 at HKCEC on 21st March, 2013 at 11:00 am. “Music In Cinema” will be one of the highlights.

All admission tickets to HKAMF Hall 5 BC and Music For Cinema – HKAMF 2013 are free and not for sale. Tickets offered to the public represent a majority of the seats available. Hong Kong public members may enter www.hkamf.org at specific time to book their free tickets online on first come first serve basis while tickets last. Each individual successful registrant will be allotted with 2 tickets.


VISITOR'S PROFILE:


Collection: Tickets are to be collected from the IFPI (Hong Kong Group) Ltd at G/F, Billion Centre, 1 Wang Kwong Road, Kowloonbay on 16 and 17 March 2013 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Collection office will close after this period absolutely.

Music fans may also enjoy the live telecast of the HKAMF show at TVB J2 as well as TV screens across Hong Kong at Broadway retail shops that tune to the TV channel during the evening; and broadcast by various media partners in Hong Kong and overseas according to each station’s schedule.
