2013 China Keqiao International Textile, Fabrics & Accessories Expo, a professional textile exhibition approved by the State Council and great supported by the Ministry of Commerce, will be held at China Textile City International Convention & Exhibition Center on May 6-8, 2013.

Relying on the nation's largest textile industry of Shaoxing county and the world's largest textiles professional market KeQiao China light textile city, China Keqiao International Textile, Fabrics & Accessories Expo has gradually grow as one of the top domestic textiles professional exhibitions.

In 2012, the total exhibition area of 2012 China Keqiao International Textile, Fabrics & Accessories Expo is up to 30,000 square meters, 1,236 international standard booths. According to data from the visitor registration system, there are 20,455 professional buyers, including 4246 overseas buyers from the United States, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Japan, South Korea and more than 90 countries and region. And realize 39.42 billion Yuan turnover in exhibition.

Rent and Fee:

Ordinary standard booths: Home enterprise 8000￥/ 9 ㎡

Abroad Enterprise 1500$/ 9 ㎡.

Bare booth: Home enterprise 800￥/ 1 ㎡

Abroad Enterprise 1500$/ 1 ㎡.

Notes: Each standard booth (3m*3m=9 sq.m.) consists of 3-sided partitions, carpet, 1 desk and 2 chairs, door lintel board, 2 spotlights, and 1 220V/5A power socket.

The Bare space is required to be rented with minimum 36sq.m, which only supplied with a show space, 24-hour cleaning and security services, excluding booth frames, and show equipment, etc.

Participation procedure

a. Fill in and stamp the application and then fax to the organizing committee.

b.Transfer booth fees in full or 50% as deposit by Swift or in person to the Organizer within 5 days after application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to the exhibition. Please remember to send the voucher of remittance to us via fax.Organizer will give exhibitor an invoice.

c. Booths shall be distributed in the order of registration and payment. The exhibitors are forbidden to sublet booth or expansion booth, the display of the exhibits should comply with the requirements of the exhibit range.

d. Delivery of Exhibition Manual once exhibitor get the booth confirmation.
