The theme of The 9th Asian Dermatological Congress (ADC 2013) is“Asian Skin, Asian Scheme”.ADC 2013 will focus on the most relevant topics and issues of dermatology in Asian communities.

ADC 2013, co-organized by Asian Dermatological Association, the Hong Kong College of Dermatologists and the Hong Kong Society of Dermatology and Venereology.the 9th Asian Dermatological Congress aims to usher new advancements in Asian dermatology and provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge and information on the direction of recent research and studies carried out on dermatology in Asia.

The Asian Dermatological Association was incorporated on the 21th November 1986 in Hong Kong.

Main Objectives

To promote the study of and to encourage the advancement of dermatology.
To coordinate and correlate the efforts of organisations, companies, associations, societies, institutions, statutory bodies and other authorities and individual interested in dermatology all over the world, especially in Asian countries.
To promote, foster, develop and assist the dermatologists of all Asian countries, other medical and allied professions in the study of and the acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge and information concerning dermatology.
To encourage and stimulate research in dermatology in furtherance of the objects of the Association.
To stimulate public interest and provide public education in dermatology.
To hold an Asian Dermatological Congress (ADC) every three years or at any such time interval as the Council deem fit and to sponsor additional international activities in any parts of the world.
