With the theme of "NextGen Avionics Enhacing Safety for Future Civil Aircraft", Galleon will hold Civil Avionics International Forum 2014 (CAIF China 2014) at Pullman Shanghai South on April 22 and 23, 2014. 

Civil Avionics International Forum 2014 (CAIF China 2014) aims to promote the work of major special projects of China's commercial aircrafts, pool the world's wisdom, and share insights for the design, comprehensive technology, testing, latest avionics system and devices also with airworthiness certification.

In the next two decades, the civil aircraft market in China will have a strong demand growth rate, and will be expected to add 5880 civil aircrafts till 2031, including 1440 dual-aisle jetliners with a total value of USD 780 billion.

Under this background, the C919 plan to take its first flight in 2015, besides that, the China aircraft OEMs started to establish cooperation with Russian companies to research and development wide-body aircraft and heavy helicopter. Along with the growth of logistics demand and new promulgated low-altitude airspace scheme, the regional aircraft and general aircraft also become China aviation market's focus.
