Guangzhou International Beauty Expo (GIBE) is the most influential beauty trade event in China. Guangzhou International Beauty Expo (GIBE) is jointly organised by Guangdong International Exhibitions Ltd. and the Guangdong Beauty & Cosmetic Association. The Guangzhou International Beauty Expo (GIBE) inaugurated in 1989, and is the longest established. It has taken place twice a year since 1996, with the edition that took place in spring 2011 being the 34th edition.
