Oversea Property Investment Show 2013 - 7th Shanghai Overseas Property & Investment Immigration Show will be held on March 15-18, 2013 at Shanghai Exhibition Center.

The Shanghai Overseas Property & Investment Immigration Show will be held parallel to the 2013 Shanghai Spring Real Estate Market Exhibition, the largest and longest running Shanghai property trade fair. Around 160 exhibitors will present more than 300 overseas projects at Oversea Property Investment Show.

Overseas property and investment has become a new investment concept of Chinese people. Besides, domestic policies for house-purchase restriction and control further stimulate the formation of the buyer’s market for overseas property in China.
